Healthcare
We partner with healthcare professionals to bring healing and hope.
Mobile clinics and prison medical ministry across Zimbabwe. Operation Outstretched Hand has handled tens of thousands of cases since the early 2000s, including the 2009 cholera response that reached 15,000+ patients.
Orphanages
We provide a nurturing environment where every child can thrive and dream.
Orphan homes at Kadoma and Ivordale care for over 50 children. The Project Relocation programme delivered $1.25 million of capital housing — five double-unit homes for 60 orphans — within walking distance of the Borrowdale campus.
Prison Ministry
We visit prisons weekly, bringing hope and rehabilitation.
Forty years of consistent prison ministry across Zimbabwean correctional facilities. Bible study, vocational training, transitional support for those returning to society.
Soccer for Souls
We combine soccer and mentorship to reach at-risk communities.
Football clinics paired with one-on-one mentorship for at-risk youth across Harare and the satellite cities. Long-running programme led by volunteer coaches from within the church.
Champions for Life
We support young people with HIV/AIDS in Southern Africa.
Direct support — medical, educational, and pastoral — for adolescents living with HIV across Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Malawi, and Zambia. One of the longest-running HIV youth programmes in the region.
Community Development
We equip communities with the tools they need to build better futures.
Vocational training, micro-enterprise support, water access projects, and food security work across rural Zimbabwe. Run in partnership with local pastors at each campus.
